Half of the course takes on the sand dunes and beach of Oostende, whilst the other half technical grass fields of the local hippodrome. The two sections are connected by an enormous bridge, purpose built for the race, which features slopes of 21% on the ascent as well as descent into the sand! It’s a course which is guaranteed to provide entertainment for all viewers!
